Refundable Electronic Deposit

Occasional Hirers Refundable Deposit -

A hire longer than 5 hours, or which starts after 5.30pm is charged a £200.00 refundable deposit.

All other occasional hirers are charged a £50.00 refundable deposit.

ANY HIRER WHO HAS NOT LEFT THE HALL BY 10PM WILL LOSE ALL OF THEIR DEPOSIT. IF YOU LEAVE YOUR HIRE AFTER THE AGREED TIME YOU WILL LOOSE SOME/ ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU DAMAGE THE PARISH HALL OR ITS CONTENTS YOU WILL LOSE SOME/ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE HALL AS FOUND YOU WILL LOSE SOME/ALL OF YOUR DPEOSIT.

The deposit should be paid online, along with the hire fee. It will then be returned to hirers when the Council is satisfied that they did not overrun their hire time, cause any damage or did not leave the hall as found. Return of deposits occurs twice a month.

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR BANK DETAILS IN RESPONSE TO THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL SO WE CAN PAY YOUR DPEOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DEPOSITS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED ONCE WE HAVE RECEVIED YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS. IF BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ARE NOT PROVIDED ON TIME THEN THIS MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR DEPOSIT BEING PAID BACK TO YOU.

The Parish Hall is located on Kings Drive, Leicester Forest East, LE3 3JE.

There is a large hall, café area and kitchen facilities.

Cost

The hall (including kitchen) is £30 per hour for occasional hirers AND WILL NOW INCLUDE USE OF CAFE AREA.

The hall (including kitchen) is £15 per hour for regular hirers AND WILL NOW INCLUDE USE OF CAFE AREA.

The Cafe Area (including kitchen) is £11 per hour.

The Reg Neal Room (including kitchen) is £11 per hour.

PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF HIRE

Car Parking

Car parking - available at the front of the building with disabled parking facilities. Disabled access is available to the hall.

Capacity

Capacity - The capacity of the hall is 138 people, 20 for the Cafe Area and 10 for the Reg Neal Room.

The rooms can be booked from 9am-10pm Monday-Sunday.

Bouncy castles are not permitted.

Hire Time and Door Lock

Door Lock - Please be aware, the main doors to the parish Hall auto-lock when shut so you will need to ensure you remain in the hall and will need to let any guests/attendees in yourself.

Hire Time - Please ensure you include enough time to set up and tidy up the hall within your hire time. All litter must be taken away with you.

Bouncy Castles, BBQs and Litter

Bouncy castles are not permitted in the Parish Hall. However, hirers can have a bouncy castle on the playing fields just outside the Parish Hall and open the pavilion doors from the hall to allow access.

BBQs are not permitted inside the Parish Hall or on the playing fields.

Litter must be taken home with the hirer, leaving it in bins on the park could lead to a fly tipping prosecution.

Tables, Chairs and Crockery

Tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery (including plates, cups and saucers) are included in the hire of the main hall and cafe area.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LEAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SET UP THE HALL AND TO TIDY UP AFTERWARDS

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR THE HIRE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO LET YOU INTO THE HALL.
